Punch Up These Holiday Classic Cocktails With a PR Twist
For your enjoyment tonight.
The Crisis Communications Coffee Martini
Does a client have you so stressed and pulling all nighters to clean up THEIR mess? Don’t worry, we got caffeine and liquor all together in the Crisis Communications Coffee Martini!
● Double Shot of Espresso or 1-2 Tbsp. of Instant Coffee mixed w/2 Ounces of water (for some added fun, brew a pumpkin spice roast for a vanilla pumpkin spiced martini)
● 2 Ounces of Vodka
● 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
● 1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract
● 2 Tsp Raw Brown Sugar
Directions: In a cold metal bowl, use an electric mixer on low to turn the heavy cream into whipped cream. Mix in the sugar and vanilla mid-way through and continue until the mixture has stiff peaks.|
In a pitcher or shaker filled with ice, pour the espresso or coffee mixture over the ice, followed by the Vodka. Stir or shake the coffee and vodka for at least 1 minute. Strain and pour into a Martini glass. Dollop the whipped cream mixture on top.
OPTIONAL: Rub the rim of the glass with Vodka, and coat the rim with sugar. You can also drop 2 or 3 coffee beans on the top of the cream. You can also add some sugar syrup to the liquid mixture if you want to sweeten the drink a bit.
Press Release Party Punch: Need a drink for the entire team after a week's worth of press releases for clients? This drink is full of lemonade and fruit punch, rum, and vodka and is the perfect easy punch recipe
6 ounces half of a 12 ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
6 ounces half of a 12 ounce can frozen fruit punch concentrate, thawed
1 cup vodka
1/2 cup light rum
1 bottle approximately 33 ounces club soda
Stir all ingredients in a pitcher. Add fruit for garnish (sliced oranges, limes, pineapple, and cherries).
Serve over ice.
Add a few slices of fresh fruit (limes, oranges, whatever you want really)
Note that cocktail recipes are somewhat to taste. Want this stronger? Add more vodka. Want it less sweet? Add more soda.
