The PERCY Award is earned by an individual who has demonstrated excellence in the practice of public relations, actively supported PRSA and the Phoenix Chapter, and made positive contributions to the Phoenix community. The PERCY Award is given only when a panel of past Award recipients agree on a deserving practitioner.
